                                               Mr. Sanjay Raj, aged 33 years, is a postgraduate in Business Management from Bangalore University. He joined as CEO in the year 1998 and piloted the company to impressive growth by the year 2000 when he was promoted to be the Director of the company. He looks after the overall growth of the business in Bangalore and is described as the backbone of the company for his commitment and dynamism. The company has already finished many projects and many new projects are upcoming.

                                         Golden Gate Properties Ltd is one of the leading property developers in Bangalore and Hyderabad that started its operations in 1997. The company is actively involved in development of commercial and residential units across South India. In a short span of 12 years, the company has emerged as one of the renowned developers with its excellent projects of outstanding quality, reliability, affordability and efficient after sales service. The Company is having 7 ongoing projects worth Rs.1500 cr and poised to launch 10 different Projects, at strategic locations of Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad. These projects will have total inventory of 10,000 units. In the current financial year two SEZ’s with proposed built-up area of 6 million sft and self contained township projects are also planned by the company.

International Financial institutes RREEF (part of Deutche Bank) and Citi Group have invested substantial monies in the company and hold significant stakes. In last 11 years the company has completed more than 20 lakh sft of residential/ commercial space. The company has done lot of research on building homes at affordable prices without compromising on specifications. The company has extensively studied the construction systems, process in countries like China and Malaysia and intends to change the way apartment buildings are constructed in India.
